One of my favorite activities of all time. The bike is an image/tool that transcends all aspects of my life.

Riding my bike around San Diego I realized just how many cars on the road contain only one person, so I coined the phrase "Driving the world ragged...one by one." Although the end result is not much related to the initial idea, the phrase was a stepping stone along the way to creating this piece. This piece was in a student show titled Umptious Fridays in the Flor y Canto Gallery at San Diego State University from November 14-19, 2009.

The final form of the public art wall after three semesters of rebuilding. This time nobody painted on it...kind of tragic.

I was experimenting with clear tape sculptures installed in various locations. Most people do not notice the clear form while driving by.

I rebuilt and repainted the public art wall continuously over the course of 2 years.

I built an installation in the form of a public art wall and invited others to paint on it as well.

The SDSU art department was getting its funding cut. I put this piece up overnight and when I returned to school the next day I got wind that they did not like the huge billboard hanging over the stairs. It successfully weathered out a rainstorm during the couple days it was up.
